木工雕刻机直线导轨优点和缺点

1.定位精度高:使用线性滑轨作为线性导引时,由于线性滑轨的摩擦方式为滚动摩擦,不仅摩擦系数降低至滑动导引的1/50,动摩擦力于净摩擦力的差距亦变的很小。因此当床台运行时,不会有打滑的现象发生,可达到um级的定位精度。
1. High positioning accuracy: when using the linear slide rail as the linear guide, because the friction mode of the linear slide rail is rolling friction, not only the friction coefficient is reduced to 1 / 50 of the sliding guide, but also the gap between the dynamic friction force and the net friction force becomes very small. Therefore, when the bed is running, there will be no slippage, and the positioning accuracy of UM level can be achieved.
2.磨耗少能长时间维持精度:传统的滑动引导,无可避免的会因油膜逆流作用造成平台运动精度不好,且因运动时间滑动不充分,导致运行轨道接触面的磨损,严重影响精度,而滚动引导的磨损则非常少。故台机能长时间的维持精度。

3.使用高速运动且大幅度降低机台所需驱动马力:由于线性滑轨移动时摩擦力非常小,只需较小动力便能让床台移动,尤其是在床台的工作方式为经常性往返运行时,更能明显降低机台电力损耗量。且因其摩擦产生的热较小,可适用于高速运行。
3. Use high-speed movement and greatly reduce the driving horsepower required by the machine: because the friction force is very small when the linear slide rail moves, it can move the bed with only a small power, especially when the working mode of the bed is regular round-trip operation, which can significantly reduce the power loss of the machine. And because the heat generated by friction is small, it is suitable for high-speed operation.
4.可同时承受上下左右方向的负荷:由于线性滑轨特殊的束制结构设计,可同时承受上下左右方向的负荷,不像滑动导引在平行接触面方向可承受的侧向负荷较轻。易造成机台运行精度不好。

5.组装容易并具互换性:组装时只要铣削或研磨床台上滑轨支装配面,并依建议之步奏将滑轨,滑块分别以特定扭力固定在机台上,既能重现加工时的告警密度。线性滑轨具有互换性,可分别更换滑块或者滑轨神甚至是线性滑轨组,台机即可重新获得该精度的导引。
5. Easy assembly and interchangeability: during assembly, only milling or grinding the assembly surface of the slide rail on the machine table, and fixing the slide rail and sliding block on the machine table with specific torque according to the recommended steps can reproduce the alarm density during processing. The linear slide rail is interchangeable, and the sliding block or slide rail God or even the linear slide rail group can be replaced respectively, and the machine can regain the guidance with this accuracy.
